Mission Terminal ("we", "our", "us") is a competitive matchmaking application for Warhammer 40,000 on Tabletop Simulator. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

Mission Terminal is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Games Workshop. All Warhammer 40,000 intellectual property belongs to Games Workshop.

Account Information

• Discord account ID and profile information (collected via Discord OAuth sign-in)
• Steam account ID (if you choose to link your Steam account)
• ListForge account credentials (if you choose to link your ListForge account for army list integration)

Other Data

• Match results, ratings, and game history
• Device tokens for push notification delivery
• Country-level location (derived from IP address — no precise GPS data)
• Basic usage data such as install status and last login

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide matchmaking, calculate ELO ratings, send push notifications, display match history, and sync army lists. We also use country-level data for basic analytics.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Your data is stored securely in a hosted database with authentication handled via industry-standard OAuth flows.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication (Discord, Steam), push notifications (Firebase), army list management (ListForge), and database hosting (Supabase). Each has its own privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes. Certain information — such as your username, ELO rating, and match history — is visible to other users as part of the competitive experience.

7. Data Retention and Your Rights

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can unlink connected accounts at any time through the app. To request data access, correction, or account deletion, contact us via our Discord server.

8. Age Requirement

Mission Terminal is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
